Estefania — a dancer from Mexico, is excited to share her 10 years of experience with

folklore, modern styles, and her biggest passion: Arabic dance aka Raqs Sharqi. Estefania's training has been extensive and includes studying with teachers like Nourhan Sharif, Mercedes Nieto, Aziza, Wendy Sidar, Carmen Fragoso, and Esmeralda Calabone. Due to her extensive education, she brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to the dance that we cannot wait to share with YYC.

Musicality in Iraqi music including the musical styles and melodies

Hair flipping technique and where it fits with the music

Dance movements and steps

Follow along with various combinations to help put it all together
